Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with Australia Post (and their international partners).

Please note that Mail Club subscriptions are all sent as untracked mail (untracked letters) as this keeps shipping costs low for you. This can take 3-7 business days within Australia. International: please allow upwards of 15 business days for your letter to arrive. Mail Club letters are sent separately from other orders on the last day of each month. 

Please note: we cannot guarantee shipping dates and dates are provided as an estimate only. 

Please allow up to 3 additional business days for order packing and processing. You will be prompted at checkout which shipping method you prefer.
